Everything about access, pricing and import calculations on Wheelion.
Wheelion is an independent B2B aggregation platform for European car trading. We bring together the stock of more than 60 sources in 16+ EU countries — marketplaces, dealer groups, lease companies and remarketers — in one search engine, with a price analysis and import calculation for every car.
No. Wheelion is 100% non-transactional: we don't sell cars ourselves, run no auctions and charge no commission or auction fees. You contact the seller directly and close the deal with the source.
Registered car businesses only: franchised dealers, independent dealers, importers and B2B wholesalers. Private individuals are not admitted.
The stock is updated daily. Sold or delisted cars disappear automatically, and with saved searches you receive an email as soon as a new match comes in.
Fill in the sign-up form with your company details. We verify your registration and activate your account within one business day; you then receive a personal login link.
Request access →Wheelion shows trade stock intended for the motor trade only. With your company registration number (such as the KvK number in the Netherlands or the enterprise number in Belgium) we verify that you are a registered car business before granting access.
You start with a 100-day trial: no payment obligation and no payment details required. Afterwards you choose Standard or Premium, at a fixed monthly price (excl. VAT). You never pay commission per car.
View the plans →Both give full access to the search engine, saved searches, price analysis and import calculations. Premium also includes the exclusive B2B supply: dealer-only stock you won't find anywhere else online.
Compare Standard and Premium →Yes. Colleagues can be linked to your company account. Additional users have a fixed price per user per month, always on one combined invoice for the whole company.
Yes, you can cancel monthly and there are no hidden costs. During the trial you decide yourself whether to continue afterwards.
BPM is the Dutch registration tax and only applies in the Netherlands. For each car we calculate the net BPM as an indication, based on CO₂ emissions and the car's age (depreciation). If the source lacks that data, we estimate the BPM from a comparable vehicle — the car then says so.
Yes. For Belgian accounts we show an indication of the BIV (registration tax) at the Flemish rate instead of BPM. Different rules apply in Wallonia and Brussels; treat the figure as an indication there and check the exact amount before buying.
With a VAT car the VAT is stated separately and can be reclaimed by your business; we then also show the price excl. VAT. With a margin car the VAT cannot be reclaimed and you work with the full amount. Each car shows which scheme applies.
Transport costs are an indication based on the distance from the car's location to the centre of your country. Your actual transport price depends on your delivery address and carrier.
We estimate the market value from comparable stock in your market (make, model, year, mileage and trim). It is an indication to help you spot opportunities, not a guarantee: always check the car and the price yourself before you buy.
